What people do not seem to realize is that 40% of Hong Kong is actually national park. With its hilly topography, rich marine life, craggy coastline and hundreds and hundreds of islands there is plenty to see by boat. As a matter of fact, much of Hong Kong is literally inaccessible except by boat.
