Game Over meets Dystopian on the 6th of June (eve of a public holiday) at Liquid Club for what promises to be an intense night. We are proud to invite over Dystopian’s label Boss Rødhåd together with Distant Echoes, supported by Malta’s finest Manthrax.

Rødhåd [Dystopian / Token]

One of the innumerable Berlin DJs that’s been buzzing around the city’s techno scene for decades, Rødhåd has truly exploded in the last year or two, largely based on his immaculate blend of hypnotic, dubby techno and tunneling, propulsive dancefloor rhythms in his sets.

His Dystopian party exemplified this finely-crafted approach, with a series of now-legendary events at clubs including Arena, Tape and Horst Krzbrg, before the mighty Berghain noticed his singular skill and began offering him regular slots.

From there, word has spread, and his precision tuned mixing can now be heard at some of the world’s most venerated events, while his productions on his own Dystopian label have gained heavyweight fans including Robert Hood, Jeff Mills, Luke Slater and Dave Clarke.

Distant Echoes [Dystopian]

Despite being from Italy’s sun-blessed southern coast, Distant Echoes developed his passion for the darker side of electronic music at a very early age. When he was only 14 years old, he already owned a turntable and a mixer. It was only a few years later that he had become a passionate record collector and a DJ who would organise his own local parties. Setting up his first own studio was just a matter of time.

After leaving his hometown his way led to Milan, later to Berlin which to him feels like a “musical home”, nevertheless he resettled in Italy.

Those who watched attentively might know the House and Techno tracks the skillful producer has released under various monikers. In the studio he is a real workaholic, untiringly working on the music he’s so passionate about: Techno filled with melancholic melodies, hypnotic patterns and strong grooves.
